Stand up positition Judo

In the judo sport there are some basic stand up potitions, the potitions of this body where you can move quickly in every direction that you want and change in posture can be implemented quickly.

Normal stance (Shizentai)
 1. Shizen Hontai: upright posture and relaxed, open your legs as wide as 30 cm and two toes pointing outwards, his eyes looking forward.
2. Migi Shizentai: Attitudes shizen hontai, and promote the right foot forward 30 cm.
3. Hidari Shizentai: Shizen Hontai attitude and promote the left foot forward 30 cm


 

The defensive (Jigotai)
Usual stance and wider leg opening of 60 cm, knees bent so that the hip will be lower. Body's center of gravity at the center until the mid-distance legs. There are some attitudes persist:
1. Jigo Hontai: Stand up straight legs wide open over 50 cm, so that your knees bent and hips to lower center of gravity at the center.
2. Migi Jigotai: Attitudes Jigo Hontai, and promote the right foot slightly forward. This form is called the right defensive.
3. Hidari Jigotai: Attitudes Jigo Hontai, and promote the left foot slightly forward. This form is called a left defensive.
